Our Service
We provide automated missed-call response and appointment-booking services on behalf of the businesses we work with. When a call to one of our client businesses goes unanswered, our system may send you an automated text message.
SMS Terms
By calling a business that uses our service, or otherwise providing your mobile number, you consent to receive automated text messages related to your service request.
Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.
Reply STOP at any time to cancel and opt out of further messages. Reply HELP for assistance.
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
User Responsibilities
You agree to provide accurate contact and service information when communicating with us, and to use our services only for lawful purposes.
Limitation of Liability
We strive for reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Forge & Flow Automations is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our services.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
